Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
I am lost most of the time(no disrespect to myself), and I find myself searching for answers, guidance and my life’s purpose. I believe Jesus is the answer to all my problems and questions.
In John 14:6, He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
So now, who is Jesus?
He is the central figure of Christianity, and knowing and understanding Him is vital to avoiding spiritual stagnation.
Born of a virgin, He lived a holy and pure life, teaching, preaching, and performing miracles, all of which showed His divine nature. His death on the cross demonstrated His love, and his resurrection demonstrated His power.
The Way.
He is the way to God. The path to eternal life. He reconciled us to God through His sacrifice. He is the light that offers hope and redemption in this dark world. He is the way to;
healing and restoration
forgiveness
freedom
He shows us our purpose. We find our identity. He offers life forever.
The Truth.
He is the essence of truth, revealing God’s character, love and wisdom. In a world where truth is ‘subjective’, He is the ultimate standard. He is the truth that;
sets us free from deception
gives us discernment
reveals who God is
provides a firm foundation for life
The Life
He is the life that unites us with God and empowers us to live victoriously.
