Does it end? Not sure
Trauma accompanies it.
Identity gets lost in it.
Does it get better?
It is about the experience- the things you considered normal that you have to break free from.
You are convincing yourself that you will be okay.
Going to the Bible to see everything God says about identity because you don’t know who you are anymore.
Healing is never straight. Triggers come to unbalance but show clarity and growth.
But trust me, it gets better.

Who are you?
You are God’s child
You are chosen
You are loved
You are blessed
You are beautiful
If who they say you are doesn't correlate with who the Bible says you are, then you know that is a misrepresentation of themselves because some people treat you how they have been treated.
It is a poor assessment of you and shows your true value is not apparent to men- Pastor Paul Adefarasin.

It hurts to heal a heart you broke while trying to love but trust me, it gets better.
God is our healer. You don’t have to walk through this journey alone.
You don’t have to unlearn those habits alone.
It would help to let go of your guilt and give yourself grace.
You are not bad.
You are not beyond repair.
It gets better.
Your experience does not define you, and you don’t have to let the lies you believe shape you.
I wish it were easy to embrace change, but the reality of grieving who you were makes it hard.
It gets better.
Give yourself permission to heal, grow, and transform.
